I am impressed by her creative use of negative space,
her sense of color
the simplicity of strokes
the mixing of light and shadow
and the turning of ordinary into extra ordinary.

Carol's work is great. I really like the top one and the orange slices. She has a great sense of color and light.

Carol Marine nació en Sheridan, Montana, y se crió en la pequeña ciudad de Harper, Texas. Su casa fue diseñada y construida por sus padres. Su madre es ama de casa y su padre se dedica a construir barcos. Su familia ha sido su mayor influencia e inspiración.
Carol fue a la Universidad de Texas en Austin, pasó cuatro años y medio y se graduó en el otoño de 2001 con una Licenciatura de Bellas Artes en Arte de Estudio, y en pintura.
